Location: St Peters, MO which is a western suburb of the greater St Louis metro.
Scope of Work: Our client had newly acquired the 240 apartment complex with a goal of renovating approx. 80% of the units over a 2-3 year period. Scopes included new windows, sliding glass doors, paint, lighting, LVP flooring, doors, closet doors, vanity and more. Some also included all new kitchens.
