Daniel got his started as a real estate investor in 2003 and since then he has been apart of over 1,600 real estate transactions as an investor, a Realtor and former owner of a top rated tenant placement brokerage. His General Contracting and home flipping company (Niche Construction) completes over 90 projects per year ranging from simple inspection lists to full gut rehabs.
