Location: Lynntown Apts, Mid County St Louis
Scope Of Work: Client purchased the building in 2023, with the goal of doing a light renovating approx 80% of the units. The scopes mainly consist of paint, lighting, new flooring (carpet, LVP and refinished hardwoods. There were also several units that had bad water damage in the bathrooms which we had to gut and rebuild.
