Location: North County St Louis.
Scope Of Work: Over a 5 year period we helped renovate a 260 single family portfolio. The scopes mainly revolved around paint, flooring, trim, lights, new kitchens, tiled showers, vanities and more. Many of these also had water damage from leaking roofs and siding which we had to make structure changes to in order for the house to be safe again.
