Tenant Placement Service Highlights:

1. We offer a 9 Month Tenant Warranty with every tenant we place. If a tenant moves out within the first 9 months we will replace them free of charge once they move out. 

2. Taking pictures and marketing of the property.

3. Responding to rental inquires and prequalify them before showing.

4. We meet and show the potential renter/s.

5. We use a 3rd party tenant screening company to run their background check. 

6. You get final thumbs up or thumbs down if you want us to move forward with the tenant.

7. We verify utility transfer into their name.

8. Lease signing and rent/deposit collection.

9. Move-in day, condition checklist, we meet them on move-in day to hand them the keys and ensure their move-in goes smooth.

10. Once tenant is in, we send the full executed lease and monies to you the landlord or if you have a property manager that will be overseeing day-to-day.

11. Ensure you are Fair Housing compliant.

1. Our fee for rent services is equal to one months rent, due upon move-in of the renter.
